After School Enrichment Program
at Little Blessings
The After School Enrichment (A.S.E.) Program provides care to Regina Maria Academy and Northwood School students in grades K-8 from the end of the school day until 4:30 p.m. During their time with us, children have the opportunity to complete homework, receive homework assistance if needed, have socialization and play time with friends, participate in guided group activities, participate in enrichment activities, do arts and crafts, and play outdoors when the weather allows.
Policies:
♥ Little Blessings A.S.E. Program is located at 842 1st NH Tpk in Northwood. Please arrange for your child to take the bus (if needed) to this location after school on the days care is required.
♥ If your child will not be attending on a scheduled day, please contact us via Procare to notify us to not expect your child that day.
♥ The safety and well-being of all of our children is our number one priority. This includes safety from the other children in our care. We have a very high expectation of behaviors within our Program. While in attendance, all children will be expected to follow appropriate classroom behaviors. Parents will be notified in writing should behavior become an issue. Any child unable to behave in an acceptable and appropriate manner or becomes violent or intentionally aggressive may be suspended or expelled from the Program. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Site Director to protect the safety and well-being of the other children attending the Program. No prior warning is required for suspension or expulsion.
♥ If Regina Maria Academy or Northwood School closes early due to inclement weather, A.S.E. will remain open unless you are otherwise notified. Please note on early release days an additional $20 per day fee will be assessed for all students scheduled to attend that day.
♥ In the event that after school activities are canceled at Regina Maria Academy or Northwood School, A.S.E. will remain open unless you are otherwise notified.
♥ Little Blessings is a state licensed child care center. The state requires a registration form, health form, and immunization history prior to enrollment. These forms MUST be on file prior to your child attending the Program.
Rates:
Registration Fee: A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 per family is due at the time of registration.
A.S.E. registration requires a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's tuition to secure your child’s spot for the year. If your child's schedule increases during the year, the balance of one month's tuition will be due at the time of the increase. Deposits will not be refunded based on schedule changes resulting in a decrease in monthly tuition. Deposits will be applied toward your June tuition payment if all monthly payments have been paid in full. No refunds will be given if the school year is not completed.
Tuition for the entire school year has been divided into 10 monthly payments. Payments are automatically withdrawn from the account of your choice on the first of each month from September to May, per your Payment Contract. We reserve the right to terminate enrollment due to non-payment should payments be returned by your financial institution as incomplete. Since monthly payments are divided into 10 equal monthly payments for affordability and convenience, your full payment for June is also required (paid in August, or your child's first month in the program, along with your registration fee.) Your June Deposit will be applied on June 1st, however, any additional fees/account balance will be processed on June 1st and/or the end of June.
You will receive monthly invoices indicating your payments and current balance. Please use your invoices or your bank receipts for FSA purposes if possible. If a signature is required on your FSA form, please contact Gina at 817-3571 to arrange. The staff on duty at the Program are not be qualified to sign FSA forms.
Please see the chart below to identify monthly tuition rates. You must schedule the days/times required at the time of registration. If you require scheduling changes throughout the year, we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs as quickly as possible. Please update your child's registration form a minimum of 30 days prior to requiring a scheduling change or termination of care. Monthly payments are due for the selected days/times per week whether or not your child attends until we have confirmed your child’s new schedule and rate and/or date of termination of care. Payments are not prorated or refunded if your child does not attend on scheduled days throughout the month. Based on space availability, drop-in days are available at a rate of $15.00 per child, per day. Drop-in day charges are entered on the day your child is cared for, and all state required forms must be on file with the Program prior to your child attending.
